Whiskey Eggnog Recipe Ingredients 3 cups milk ½ cup sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ tsp nutmeg ½ cup whisky 1 cup heavy cream Directions In saucepan, beat the eggs, the cream and the sugar until creamy and frothy. In a 2nd sauce pan heat 2 cups of the milk. Slowly add the milk to the egg mixture. Cook the mixture over low heat until it has become thick and reaches 170°F.
