Most children's prize possession is their binky. Whether it is a pacifier, stuff animal, or blanket, a child's binky provides a safe and secure sensation that subdues their fears. A koozie, beer sleeve, stubby holders, beer huggers, can coolers or a beer hugger is a simple, brilliant device made of fabric or foam that keeps your drink cool and your hands warm. Its effective design, created in 1982, which keeps your beverage chilled even when it is outside of your freezer or cooler and at the same time acts as an insulator to keep your hands warm. Critics would say that calling it a "beer koozie" is a slightly incorrect term since it is not only for alcoholi... Oh no, that would be embarrassing and socially unacceptable. Therefore, man created a new binky known simply as the koozie! Have you heard about insulating devices which are used to cover beer can and bottles? They are most commonly made up of insulating material such as neoprene. They are called koozies. Koozies are used to keep the containers cool. They are designed for special sport events and parties. Nowadays they are widely used by various companies to promote their products and services. It is an affordable way of advertising. Koozies are being used not only for insulation purposes but also as a gift items. It is a good idea to decorate a koozie with special type text or pictures. They can be used in place of a greeting card on Christmas. You can easily send this gift to your friends and relatives.

Let 'Kree-dom' ring; Woodville residents proud of hometown Idol

Now that Woodville native Kree Harrison has made it to the final two on American Idol, East Texas News found out how excited the hometown fans are to cheer on their favorite singer.

Harrison advanced to the next round Thursday night. Last weekend, Harrison paid a visit to the town she group up in during her hometown tour. She finished up the tour with a concert in Beaumont.

Folks in Woodville love Harrison and have been proud fans of their hometown idol since her childhood.

"It makes us very proud that a hometown girl can make it big," Trey Allison said.

Woodville residents say watching her perform over the years and work hard to become an American Idol top two contestant has been unforgettable.

"It obviously means a lot for Kree Harrison, but Woodville is just ecstatic for Kree," said Woodville Mayor Ben Bythewood. "We all remember her when she was younger coming and singing at rodeos and different events, you know, trying to get started."
